Representation to President or Governor
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the [Ombudsperson] under subsection (5) of section 8 may, within thirty days of the decision, make a representation to the President or Governor as the case may be, who may pass such order thereon as they may deem fit. [The President or the Governor, as the case may be, shall decide such representation within ninety days.]
